Elizabeth Klingbeil Becomes a Fellow of Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is the world’s largest organization of food and nutrition professionals.

Elizabeth Klingbeil, assistant professor of instruction in nutritional sciences at The University of Texas at Austin, has been named a fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
This designation recognizes recipients’ commitment to the field of dietetics and celebrates their professional accomplishments and pursuit of life-long learning.
Klingbeil’s research interests include the gut microbiome, satiety signaling and feeding behavior. She has also examined how the timing of feeding, including intermittent fasting, influences gut microbial composition in animal studies.
