The Department of Nutritional Sciences Seminar Series brings together preeminent nutrition scholars from across the country, UT Nutrition grad students and faculty, and members of the community. Scholars give talks about a variety topics in nutritional sciences ranging from food insecurity and community gardens to metabolism and disease.
