Demark-Wahnefried’s work explores how lifestyle interventions, including vegetable gardening programs, can improve diet, physical activity, and overall health outcomes.
In this talk, she will share insights from innovative research on gardening-based interventions and their potential to promote healthier behaviors and improve quality of life across diverse populations.
