Biography
I am currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Texas at Austin. I hold both an M.S. from Jinan University and a B.S. from Hainan University in Food Science and Engineering.
Research
I have gained experimental experience in exploring the physicochemical properties and nutritional value of functional oils. My current research focuses on the stability and nutritional characteristics of deuterated omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, lipidomics of phospholipid glyceride, and breast milk nutrition.
