Biography
Monica Milonovich, MS, RDN, LD is the Director of the Integrated Coordinated Program in Dietetics (ICPD) and has spent over 10 years in the field of clinical dietetics before joining the University of Texas faculty. During this time Monica worked as a clinical dietitian in an inpatient and outpatient setting and also served as a clinical nutrition manager for a multi-site hospital system. While in the clinical field, Monica and her team mentored a number of dietetic interns from various dietetic internships. Monica has been with the University of Texas since 2012. She teaches the two part Medical Nutrition Therapy courses (NTR 370 and NTR 371), Nutrition Assessment (NTR 218/118L) and the Clinical and Community CPD courses (NTR 245, NTR 345, NTRM 372C and NTR 374). In addition, she teaches Nutrition and Disease Prevention (NTR 392) in the Masters in Nutrition Sciences online program.
