Biography
Lauren Bell is a Ph.D student in the Poulos Food Security Lab under the mentorship of Dr. Natalie Poulos. Her research interests include food access, food security, and nutrition literacy. She holds a Masters in Public Health Nutrition from Tulane University and a B.A. in Psychology and Organizational Sciences from George Washington University.
